Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of Services

Jade Ashley Creations provides branding and creative services including but not limited to:

  • Logo Design

  • Brand Identity Development

  • Graphic Design

  • Website Design

  • Social Media Graphics

  • Marketing Materials

  • Content Creation

Services provided will be outlined in the selected package or custom proposal.

2. Payment

A non-refundable retainer of 50% is required before work begins.

The remaining balance is due before final files, website launch, or project delivery.

No work will begin until the retainer has been received.

3. Revision Policy

Each package includes up to:

  • 2 rounds of revisions for logo design

  • 2 rounds of revisions for branding materials

  • 2 rounds of revisions for website design

Additional revisions are billed at $75 per hour.

Revisions refer to modifications of the approved concept and do not include complete redesigns.

4. Project Timeline

Clients are responsible for providing requested information, photos, text, and feedback in a timely manner.

Projects delayed by the client for more than 30 days may be subject to rescheduling or additional fees.

5. Ownership & Copyright

Final approved designs become the property of the client upon full payment.

Jade Ashley Creations retains the right to display completed work in portfolios, websites, social media, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

6. Website Services

Clients are responsible for:

  • Domain registration fees

  • Hosting fees

  • Third-party subscriptions

  • Platform fees (Squarespace, Wix, Shopify, etc.)

Jade Ashley Creations is not responsible for outages, platform updates, or third-party service interruptions.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of creative services:

  • Retainers are non-refundable.

  • Completed work is non-refundable.

  • Partial refunds are not available for unused portions of a package.

8. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for reviewing all content, spelling, contact information, pricing, and business information before approval.

Jade Ashley Creations is not responsible for errors approved by the client.

9. Cancellation

Either party may terminate the project in writing.

Any work completed prior to cancellation remains billable.

10. Limitation of Liability

Jade Ashley Creations shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of any design, website, or marketing materials.

11. Acceptance

Payment of the retainer constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Jade Ashley Creations may utilize licensed stock imagery, design elements, fonts, and AI-assisted creative tools during the design process. Final deliverables may include third-party licensed assets where permitted.
